Shrimp Recipe
This Shrimp is not the usual kind. This extremely flavorful garlic dish is a treat that you'll want to have everyday with rice or pasta. Try out this Shrimp and let me know if you like it !
Ingredients
3 doz. medium sized shrimp
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 pinches oregano
2 scallions
1/4 lb. Fleischmann's Margarine
1/2 clove garlic
Directions
Shell, clean and devein the shrimp.
Cut them down the back to open into butterfly shape.
Saute them in Fleischmann's Margarine with the chopped scallions and the clove of garlic, oregano and garlic powder.
Cook approximately 5 to 6 minutes until shrimp are pink and tender, or longer depending on size of shrimp.
