| Plain yogurt | 20 Ounce | |
| Sugar | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
| Green cardamom seeds | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pistachios | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Chironji | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Almonds | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Grated nutmeg | 1 Dash | |
| Rose water | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Saffron | 1 Dash | |
| Rose petals | 6 |
Directions
GETTING
1)Put the yogurt in a clean muslin cloth, fold it up into a loose bundle and hang for a couple of hours or until excess moisture drips through.
MAKING
2)Take a large bowl, and put the yogurt and add sugar. Beat until sugar dissolves and mixture is smooth.
3)Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
4)Sprinkle saffron and refrigerate it until chilled.
SERVING
5)Decorate with rose petals and serve as a dessert or with any of the Indian breads.
