Shrikhand Recipe
Shrikhand ! Aha I love this deliciously sweetened curd with saffron strands for a summer dessert ! Do try this Shrikhand and tell me if you like it !
Ingredients
Thick curd 1 kg.
Powdered sugar 3/4 cup
Saffron a few strands
Warm milk 1 tbsp
Cardamom powder 2 tsp
Directions
Let the liquid drain off as you hang the curd in a muslin cloth for approximately 3 hours.
Rub and dissolve saffron into the warm milk.
Take a bowl and mix sugar, saffron mixture and cardamom together in the hung curd.
Refrigerate the mixture.
