Shredded Radish Slaw Recipe
Ingredients
| Radishes | 4 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Rice vinegar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Light soy sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 3 tablespoons Oriental sesame oil | ||
Directions
1. In a medium bowl, combine the radishes, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil. Toss the radishes with the dressing until evenly coated.
2. Cover the bowl tightly and refrigerate the salad for about 2 hours before serving. It is best served the same day it's made.
