Shredded Pork Tacos Recipe
Ingredients
| Shredded pork | 3 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Onion | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Jalapeno pepper | 3 Tablespoon, diced | |
| Flour tortillas | 12 , warmed | |
| Lettuce | 3 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Tomatoes | 2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Cook onion and garlic in nonstick skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes or until soft and translucent.
Add cooked pork; toss lightly and heat through.
Stir in jalapeno pepper.
Roll up 1/4 cup shredded pork, lettuce, tomatoes, 1 tablespoon cheese and salsa, if desired, in each tortilla.
