Shredded Courgettes with Golden Garlic Recipe

|Garlic||6 Clove (30 gm), finley sliced|
|Courgettes||4 Medium, grated|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Freshly grated parmesan||8 Tablespoon (Plus Additional To Serve)|

While pasta is cooking, heat oil in a large frying pan.
Add garlic and cook over high heat until just golden, 2 minutes.
Add courgettes and cook, stirring constantly, until soft, 5 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Drain pasta, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.
Add drained pasta with parmesan to the hot courgettes.
Toss well to coat, adding reserved water as needed.
Serve immediately with additional parmesan.
