 1/3 cup ready-to-serve chicken broth
 Soy sauce1 Tablespoon
 White wine1 Tablespoon
 Sugar1 Teaspoon
 Cornstarch1 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Crushed red pepper1/4 Teaspoon, dried
 Sesame oil1/4 Teaspoon
 Garlic1 clove, minced
 2 Cup(16 tbs)

Directions

In medium mixing bowl, combine broth, soy sauce, wine, sugar, Cornstarch, salt, red pepper, sesame oil and garlic.
Mix well.
Add chicken.
Stir to coat.
Set aside.
In 2-quart casserole, combine vegetable oil, carrots, mushrooms, onions and water chestnuts.
