Shredded Carrots With Bacon Recipe
Ingredients
| Carrots | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Bacon Slices | 3 | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Snipped parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Prepare and cook 4 cups shredded carrots as directed above.
In large skillet, fry bacon until crisp; remove and drain.
Pour off all but 2 tablespoons bacon drippings.
Stir in shredded carrots, salt and pepper; heat through.
Turn into serving dish.
Crumble bacon; sprinkle bacon and parsley over carrots.
