Shredded Carrots Recipe

Ingredients
4 medium-sized carrots
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
1. Shred enough carrots to make 2 cups.
2. In small saucepan over high heat, heat all ingredients to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until carrots are tender.
