Ingredients

 3 cups shredded green cabbage
 Parsley1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 1/4 cup chopped scallions, including green parts
 Honey1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 teaspoon vegetable salt
 Cider vinegar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 tablespoons safflower oil or sesame oil
 Sliced radishes or black olives

Directions

1. Combine the cabbage, parsley, and scallions and chill well.
2. Combine the honey, salt, vinegar, and oil. Shake well and chill. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss lightly.
