Shredded Cabbage Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 cups shredded green cabbage | ||
| Parsley | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 1/4 cup chopped scallions, including green parts | ||
| Honey | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 teaspoon vegetable salt | ||
| Cider vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tablespoons safflower oil or sesame oil | ||
| Sliced radishes or black olives | ||
Directions
1. Combine the cabbage, parsley, and scallions and chill well.
2. Combine the honey, salt, vinegar, and oil. Shake well and chill. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss lightly.
