Shredded Cabbage Recipe
Ingredients
1 head cabbage, shredded
2 tsp butter
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook cabbage in a small amount of boiling salted water until tender; drain.
Press out excess moisture or pat dry.
Melt butter in skillet.
Add nutmeg; stir to blend.
Add cabbage; toss to coat.
Add salt and pepper.
