 Ground beef1 Pound
 Onion1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Green bell pepper1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Tomatoes - 1 (16-oz.) can
 Italian cooking sauce - 1 (16-oz.) jar (2 cups)
 Chianti wine - 1 cup
 Chili beans with gravy - 1 (15-1/2-oz.) can
 Spaghetti - 1/2 cup, broken in 1-inch pieces
 Pepperoni2 Ounce, thinly sliced
 Dried leaf basil - 1 teaspoon
 Croutons - to garnish:, if desired
 Grated Parmesan cheese - if desired

Directions

MAKING
1 In a deep 3-quart casserole with lid, combine ground beef, onion and green pepper.
2 Microwave at 100% (HIGH) for 5 to 6 minutes or until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender; stir after 2 minutes.
3 Drain off the fat.
4 Chop tomatoes, reserving juice.
5 Stir in cooking sauce, chopped tomatoes with juice, wine, beans with gravy, spaghetti, pepperoni and basil. Cover.
6 Microwave at 100% (HIGH) for 10 minutes or until boiling. Stir well. Cover.
7 Microwave at 30% (MEDIUM LOW) for 35 minutes or until spaghetti is tender; stir twice.

SERVING
8 Top each serving with croutons and grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
