Shortcrust Pastry Recipe
Ingredients
| Plain flour | 225 Gram, sifted | |
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
| Butter margarine | 50 Gram, softened | |
| Lard | 50 Gram, softened | |
| Cold water | 30 Milliliter |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl, add the flour and salt, cut in the softened butter or margarine until the mixture gets a breadcrumb texture.
2) Make a dough by gradually adding water, knead lightly to smoothen.
3) Wrap in a foil and chill for minimum 15 min.
SERVING
4)Use it to make a dish of your choice.
