 Plain flour225 Gram, sifted
 Salt1 Pinch
 Butter margarine50 Gram, softened
 Lard50 Gram, softened
 Cold water30 Milliliter

Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, add the flour and salt, cut in the softened butter or margarine until the mixture gets a breadcrumb texture.
2) Make a dough by gradually adding water, knead lightly to smoothen.
3) Wrap in a foil and chill for minimum 15 min.

SERVING
4)Use it to make a dish of your choice.
