1/3 cup soft butter
 
3/4 cup sugar
 
1 egg
 
3/4 cup milk
 
1 1/4 cups flour
 
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
 
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

In medium bowl blend butter, sugar, and egg; stir in milk.
Combine with flour, baking powder and salt.
Pour into 9-inch round glass dish.
Microwave (high) 5-6 minutes, rotating 1/4 turn halfway through cooking.
Rest 10 minutes.
