Shortbread Fancies Recipe
Ingredients
rich shortbread biscuits, vanilla, butter icing, desiccated coconut, pink colour, cocoa powder, icing sugar
Directions
1. Sandwich the biscuits with the butter icing and also apply the icing on the sides.
2. Add the colour to the desiccated cocoanut, mix well and roll the biscuits in this cocoanut.
3. Add a little cocoa to some of the butter icing and pipe the icing over the biscuits.
4. Dredge with icing sugar.
