Ingredients

 All-purpose flour - 6 cups, sifted
 Sugar1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Soft butter2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Egg yolks2

Directions

MAKING
1 In a bowl, add the first 3 ingredients and mix very well using your hands.
2 Add in egg yolks, one at a time kneading the dough throughly after every addition.
3 Divide the dough into 8 parts.
4 Roll out each part into a square or circle about 1/2 inch thick.
5 Prick using a fork.
6 Bake in preheated moderate oven 350°Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
7 Lower the heat to slow 300°fahrenheit and bake for about 30 minutes longer.
8 Cut into eighths and return to oven until the edges are browned.

SERVING
9 Makes 64 triangles,serve as desired. Store airtight.
