Short Rib Barbecue Recipe

| Vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Catsup | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon |
Directions
Heat fat in Dutch oven; brown ribs well on all sides.
Combine all other ingredients in mixing bowl; pour over meat.
Cover; simmer for 2 hours, turning occasionally, until meat is tender.
