Shoe Peg Corn Casserole Recipe
Eating just one is not possible for any one is my claim for this recipe of shoe peg corn casserole. It is always prepared with vegetable as the key ingredient. Add this shoe peg corn casserole to your list of choicest foods and make it whenever you want to.
Ingredients
1 (12 oz.) can white shoe peg corn, drained
1 (16 oz.) can French-style green beans, drained
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (10.75 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup margarine
1 1/2 cup cracker crumbs (use round, butter flavoredcrackers)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine first seven ingredients.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour into 2 quart casserole.
For topping, melt margarine and stir in cracker crumbs.
Sprinkle over casserole.
Bake 45 minutes.
