Shish Kabobs Recipe

Ingredients
| Beef sirloin tip roast - 1 3-lb | ||
| Seasoned meat tenderizer | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green pepper | 1 Large, cubed | |
| Mushrooms | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Clove of garlic- 1, minced | ||
| Oregano to taste | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Small onion | 1 | |

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the grill
MAKING
2. Cut beef into 1-inch cubes; season with meat tenderizer. Let stand for 2 hours.
Combine beef, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, soy sauce, green pepper, mushrooms, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper and onion; refrigerate overnight.
Place beef, mushrooms and green pepper alternately on skewers; broil until browned, basting with marinade.
SERVING
3. Serve hot
