Round steak - 2 pounds cut in 11/2-inch cubes
Cocktail frankfurters - 1/2 pound
Mushrooms - 1/2 pound
Tomatoes -3, sliced
Tabasco - 1/4 teaspoon
Ketchup - 1/2cup
Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
Dry mustard - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Medium onion - 1, finely chopped
Butter or margarine - 2 tablespoons

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the grill
2. Prepare 6 packets of aluminum foil and grease them
3. In a large saucepan, mix the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes. Use this as a barbeque sauce.
MAKING
4. Press down the pieces of steak, frankfurters, mushrooms and tomatoes on 6 skewers.
5. Place the filled skewers on the foil packets and brush the kabob with this barbecue sauce. Wrap foil around the meat, double-folding edges together and pinching ends tight to the skewers.
6. Place on a grate over a hot fire and cook, turning frequently for 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the intensity of the heat.
