 2 pounds cubed, boneless, top sirloin steak
 3/4 cup coarsely chopped onion
 1 4-ounce can green chili salsa
 Chili powder1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Vegetable oil1 Tablespoon
 Red wine vinegar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1
 Green bell pepper1/2 To taste
 Onion1
 Mushrooms4 Ounce
 Half a pint box cherry tomatoes
 Pineapple chunks1/2 Ounce
 1 cup regular, uncooked rice

Directions

Combine cubed beef with chopped onion, salsa, chili powder, oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper; put in a 6-cup container and freeze.
To prepare for serving, thaw meat mixture.
Remove meat from marinade.
Cut bell pepper and onion into thick pieces to put on a skewer.
Alternate meat, vegetables and pineapple on a skewer, and barbecue or broil.
Baste with marinade while cooking.
