Shish Kabobs Teriyaki Recipe
Shish kabobs teriyaki is a fruited lamb and vegetabel kabobs recipe. Grilled cooked with a marinade of soy sauce with ginger and garlic, the shish kabobs teriyaki are excellent as party appetizers or starters and even as sides.
Ingredients
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pound boneless lamb, cut into 1 inch cubes
4 cherry tomatoes
1 green pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 (8 ounce) can whole water chestnuts, drained
Hot cooked rice
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large shallow container.
Add lamb; cover and marinate in refrigerator 4 hours.
Drain lamb, reserving marinade.
Bring marinade to a boil.
Alternate lamb and next 4 ingredients on skewers.
Grill over medium coals 5 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness, basting frequently with marinade.
