Ingredients

 Vegetable oil1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Red wine1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Bay leaves3 , crumbled
 Wine vinegar2 Tablespoon
 Garlic3 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 6 pounds chuck steak, cut into
 1 1/2-inch cubes
 1 pound large fresh mushrooms
 White onions9 Medium, quartered
 6 large green peppers, cut into sixths
 Cherry tomatoes1 Pint

Directions

In a bowl, stir together first 6 ingredients to make marinade.
Place steak cubes in a large, shallow pan.
Pour marinade over steak; stir to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours; stir occasionally.
Oil 12 long skewers.
Skewer meat alternately with vegetables, beginning and ending with meat.
Broil or grill for a total of 15 to 20 minutes, turning once.
Brush with marinade while cooking.
