 Rosemary1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Cayenne pepper1 Dash
 Salt2 Teaspoon
 Black pepper1⁄4 Teaspoon, coarsely ground
 Sirloin steak4 Pound

1. In a bowl, combine onions, wine, oil, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, garlic, marjoram, rosemary, Cayenne, salt and pepper
2. Cube the sirloin 2" in dimension and marinate at room temperature for three hours or more
3. Cut the bell peppers into 2" squares and parboil along with small onions for five minutes; during the last hour of marination, add mushrooms to the marinade
4. Alternate the beef with bell peppers, onions and mushroom caps on six skewers, ending it with a whole tomato
5. Grill over a charcoal grill, turning frequently and basting with the marinade often

6. Serve as appropriate
