Shish Kabob With Wine Vinegar Recipe
|Wine vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooking oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), split in half|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Italian seasoning||2 Teaspoon|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sirloin/Top round steak||2 Pound (Boneless)|
|Small fresh mushrooms||1⁄2 Pound|
|Tomato/Cherry tomatoes||12 , cut into wedges (1 Dozen)|
|Green pepper||1 , seeded and cut in 1-inch squares|

1) In a large mixing bowl, mix the salt, vinegar, oil, onion, garlic, soy sauce, 1/2 cup water and Italian seasoning together.
2) Cube, add the steak into the marinade and allow to stand at room temperature for 5 to 6 hours.
3) Thread the cubes and vegetables alternately on the wooden skewers.
4) On a serving plate, place 2 or 3 skewers and cook in the microwave for 7 to 8 minutes or as desired.
5) Serve immediately.
