 Salt1 Dash
 Pepper1 Dash
 Mushrooms3/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 6 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
 Parmesan cheese1/3 Cup (16 tbs), grated

Directions

Allowing / teaspoon each, butter 6 shallow individual casseroles.
Break two eggs into each casserole; add dash salt and pepper.
Bake at 325° for 15 minutes.
Top with mushrooms, crumbled bacon, and cheese; return eggs to oven and bake 5 minutes longer.
