Shirley's Drop Cookies Recipe

| Quick oatmeal | 3 Cup (48 tbs) |

Directions
1. Prepare a large bowl and tip in the butter and milk and combine well. Then microwave on (high) for 45 seconds till the butter is melted.
2. Blend in sugar, cocoa, and salt and microwave on (high) for 4-6 minutes. Ensure that you are stirring once or twice until boiling.
3. Mix in the vanilla and peanut butter till combined and then add the oatmeal to the dish. .
4. Use a teaspoon to drop heaped spoonfuls on to onto wax paper and chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
SERVING
5. Serve at room temperature
