 Beef1 Pound
 Potatoes - 4-5, cut in French- fry-like strips
 Onions - 1-2, chopped
 Red kidney beans - 16-oz. can light, drained
 Velveeta cheese - 1/4-lb., cubed
 Tomato soup - 10 3/4-oz. can
 Salt1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Butter

Directions

MAKING
1) In slow cooker layer in this order: ground beef, potatoes, onions, kidney beans, and cheese.
2) Pour soup over top.
3) Sprinkle salt and pepper to season.
4) Dot with butter.
5) Cook covered on low for 6-8 hours.

SERVING
6) Serve hot.
