Slow Cooked Beef Pie Recipe
Ingredients

| Potatoes - 4-5, cut in French- fry-like strips | ||
| Onions - 1-2, chopped | ||
| Red kidney beans - 16-oz. can light, drained | ||
| Velveeta cheese - 1/4-lb., cubed | ||
| Tomato soup - 10 3/4-oz. can | ||
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Butter | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In slow cooker layer in this order: ground beef, potatoes, onions, kidney beans, and cheese.
2) Pour soup over top.
3) Sprinkle salt and pepper to season.
4) Dot with butter.
5) Cook covered on low for 6-8 hours.
SERVING
6) Serve hot.
