Ingredients

 1 4-serving envelope low-calorie lime-flavored gelatin
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Boiling water1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cold water2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vinegar1 Tablespoon
 Iceberg lettuce1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Radishes1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped

Directions

Dissolve gelatin and salt in the 1 cup boiling water.
Stir in the 2/3 cup cold water and the vinegar.
Chill till partially set (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
Fold in lettuce and radishes.
Turn into 4 individual molds.
Chill several hours or till firm.
