Shimmering Iceberg Rings Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 4-serving envelope low-calorie lime-flavored gelatin | ||
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Boiling water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cold water | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Iceberg lettuce | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Radishes | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin and salt in the 1 cup boiling water.
Stir in the 2/3 cup cold water and the vinegar.
Chill till partially set (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
Fold in lettuce and radishes.
Turn into 4 individual molds.
Chill several hours or till firm.
