Shimi Ka Achar Recipe

Ingredients
| String bean | 1/2 Kilogram | |
| Sesame seeds | 100 Gram | |
| Green chillies | 7 | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon |
Directions
Wash the string beans thoroughly and cut it into thin slanting slices.
Boil the beans for five minutes and strain it.
Roast the Sesame seeds for 3 minutes and then grind it to make a thick paste.
Fry few sliced green chillies in hot oil.
Mix the soaked beans with fried chillies, salt, lemon juice and the paste of sesame seeds.
