1. Slice onions and keep aside.
2. Trim fat if any from boneless mutton.
3. Mix mutton along with onions, dal and rest of spices.
4. Give the mixture a boil without adding any water and cook till water dries up.
5. Check that meat and dal is cooked , if not add little hot water and keep on boiling till done.
6. When the mixture is ready remove from heat and spread over a cold surface and adds eggs.
7. Blend in the eggs properly and make roundels.
8. Make a filling of hung curd, finely chopped onions, green chillies, green coriander, mint and seasoning.
9. Stuff each roundel with this filling and seal properly by giving the shape of round cakes.
10. Shallow fry in tawa and serve hot with mint chutney.
