Shiitake Mushroom Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
4 ounces fresh shiitake mushrooms
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups vegetable broth
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground savory
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup cold water

Wipe clean, remove stems and slice.
