Shiitake Mushroom Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Chicken broth-2 cans (14 1/2 ounces each), ready-to-serve | ||
| Shiitake mushrooms package | 1 | |
| Bell pepper | 1 Small | |
| Sugar snap peas | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Rosemary leaves | 1 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Chinese plain noodles-1/2 package (8-ounce size) | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a 2-quart saucepan, mix all ingredients except noodles. 2) Boil it, over medium heat for 3 minutes.
3) Now add noodles.
4) Let it boil, then reduce heat.
5) Simmer uncovered 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
SERVING
6) Serve the soup hot.
