 Chicken broth-2 cans (14 1/2 ounces each), ready-to-serve
 Shiitake mushrooms package1
 Bell pepper1 Small
 Sugar snap peas1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Rosemary leaves1 Teaspoon, dried
 Soy sauce1 Teaspoon
 Chinese plain noodles-1/2 package (8-ounce size)

Directions

MAKING
1) In a 2-quart saucepan, mix all ingredients except noodles. 2) Boil it, over medium heat for 3 minutes.
3) Now add noodles.
4) Let it boil, then reduce heat.
5) Simmer uncovered 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

SERVING
6) Serve the soup hot.
