Sherry Walnuts Recipe
Ingredients
1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 c sherry
1/2 t cinnamon
3 c walnuts
Directions
Boil sugar and sherry to a soft ball stage (238° F).
Remove from heat, add cinnamon and walnuts.
Stir until cloudy.
Turn out on a greased cookie sheets.
Separate and allow to cool.
