Sherry Perch Fillets Recipe

Over the years I perfected the art of making this Sherry Perch Fillets which was taught to me by my elders. It is always prepared with Seafood as the key ingredient. This is the most comforting Side Dish recipe I have come across. You do not need to be a gourmet to make out how appetizing and tasty this dish really is.

Ingredients

 
Milk
 
1 lb. perch fillets
 
1/4 to 1/2 c. sherry
 
1 c. buttered bread crumbs

Directions

Pour milk into baking dish to 1/4-inch depth.
Ar- range perch in dish; pour sherry over perch.
Cover with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min- utes or until perch is flaky and brown.
Serve with tartar sauce or lemon butter and parsley flakes.
