Sherry Marinade Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/4 cup each dry sherry and lemon juice | ||
| 1 teaspoon firmly packed dark brown sugar | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), chopped | |
| Bay leaf | 1/2 , crushed | |
| Basil leaves | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dash each salt and pepper | ||
| Dash each salt and pepper | ||
Directions
In blender container combine all ingredients and process until smooth.
