Sherry Elegance Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 env. Unflavored gelatin | ||
| Sugar | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons sherry | ||
| Orange juice | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), strained | |
| Lemon juice | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), strained | |
| Red food coloring | 9 Drop | |
Directions
Combine the gelatin and sugar in a large saucepan; mix well.
Add water and stir over low heat until gelatin and sugar are dissolved.
Remove from heat and blend in remaining ingredients.
Pour mixture into a 1 1/2 quart fancy mold or a pretty china bowl.
Chill until firm.
