Ingredients

 3 env. Unflavored gelatin
 Sugar1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water3 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons sherry
 Orange juice3/4 Cup (16 tbs), strained
 Lemon juice1/3 Cup (16 tbs), strained
 Red food coloring9 Drop

Directions

Combine the gelatin and sugar in a large saucepan; mix well.
Add water and stir over low heat until gelatin and sugar are dissolved.
Remove from heat and blend in remaining ingredients.
Pour mixture into a 1 1/2 quart fancy mold or a pretty china bowl.
Chill until firm.
