Sherry Delight Recipe

| Garlic powder | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sherry | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Freshly ground black pepper | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Chives/Ends of spring onions | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Tomatoes | 2 Medium, chopped | |
| Cornstarch | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |

Directions
Heat oil in skillet; brown fish on both sides.
Combine sugar, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sherry, and water to make 1 cup.
Pour over fish.
Cover skillet; simmer for 10 minutes.
Add black pepper, chives, parsley, and tomatoes.
Cook uncovered for 5 minutes.
Mix together cornstarch, salt, and 1/2 cup water or sherry.
Blend well; add to fish.
Simmer uncovered 5 minutes more.
Sauce will thicken slightly and smell heavenly
