Unflavored gelatin - 2 envelopes
 
Whipping cream - 4 cups
 
Sugar - 1 cup
 
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
 
Vanilla - 1 teaspoon
 
Sherry - 1/2 cup
 
Egg whites – 4, stiffly beaten

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup of cold water and place over hot water until gelatin melts completely.

MAKING
2) Take a bowl and whip cream until stiff peaks form.
3) Add sugar and stir until completely dissolves.
4) Add salt, gelatin, vanilla and sherry. Mix well.
5) Fold in egg whites.
6) Pour mixture in mold and refrigerate for around 24 hours or until set.

SERVING
7) Unmold and serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
