Sherry Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup Bechamel sauce
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup dry sherry
1 pound butter
3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
Directions
Combine Bechamel, water, lemon juice, sherry, and butter in a small heavy saucepan over medium heat.
Stir with a whisk until sauce is creamy and smooth.
Add minced parsley.
