1 cup Bechamel sauce
 
1/4 cup water

1/3 cup dry sherry

Directions

Combine Bechamel, water, lemon juice, sherry, and butter in a small heavy saucepan over medium heat.
Stir with a whisk until sauce is creamy and smooth.
Add minced parsley.
