Sherry Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Arrowroot | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Honey | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sherry | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 t lemon rind, grated | ||
| Butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Mix arrowroot with honey.
Gradually add sherry and water, stirring smooth over heat.
When mixture boils add lemon juice, rind and butter.
