Sherry Jelly With Orange And Lemon Juice Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin | ||
| Cold water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Boiling water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
| Juice of 1 orange | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 | |
| 2 cups sherry wine | ||
Directions
Soften gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.
Add boiling water to gelatin and stir until dissolved.
Add sugar and salt; stir and cool.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into a 5- or 6-cup mold.
Chill until firm.
