Sherry Cheese Spread Recipe
Ingredients
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Blue cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), crumbled | |
| Dry sherry | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| Dry mustard | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Dash cayenne | ||
Directions
In mixing bowl combine Cheddar, blue cheese, sherry, butter, mustard, and cayenne.
Beat with electric mixer till well blended.
Pack into lightly oiled 1-cup molds or containers.
Cover tightly.
Refrigerate.
