Sherry Blue Cheese Crock Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 pound blue cheese, preferably | ||
| Nauvoo blue, at room temperature | ||
| 1/2 pound cream cheese, at room temperature, cut into 1/2 -inch pieces | ||
| Onion | 1 Small, minced | |
| Dry sherry | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Pickled Squash and Pumpkin | ||
Directions
MAKING
1)In a mixing bowl, finely crumble blue cheese.
2)Pour in the cream cheese along with onion, and sherry.
3)Making use of the back of a wooden spoon, stir and blend all ingredients together till they are smooth.
4)Take a 2 1/2 to 3-cup crock.
5)Transfer the blue cheese into it.
6)Close the crock and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
SERVING
7)Serve cold.
TIP
The ingredients can be blended in a food processor fitted with a steel blade too.
