 Water1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dry sherry1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 6 thin slices lemon

Directions

Place consomme" and water in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
Stir in sherry.
Serve garnished with a slice of lemon.
