Sherry Beef Consomme' Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 10 1/2 ounce cans beef consomme' | ||
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry sherry | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 6 thin slices lemon | ||
Directions
Place consomme" and water in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
Stir in sherry.
Serve garnished with a slice of lemon.
