Sherry Balls Recipe
Ingredients
| Cake crumbs | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Corn syrup | 3 Teaspoon | |
| Cocoa | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Confectioner’s Sugar-1 Cup | ||
| Cinnamon | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Sherry | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dates | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Raisins | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Vanilla | 1 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Confectioners' Sugar-For decorating | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Take a bowl and add the corn syrup, sugar, cake crumbs, cinnamon, dates, cocoa, vanilla, sweet sherry, and raisins.
2) Mix the ingredients together and blend them well.
3) Fashion into small balls.
4) Roll the balls in confectioner’s sugar.
SERVING
5) Serve after half an hour.
