Sherry Baked Bananas Recipe
Ingredients
4 ripe bananas, peeled
Apricot jam
1/2 cup sherry
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions
Split bananas lengthwise, and spread with apricot jam.
Pour the sherry, butter, brown sugar and lemon juice over them.
Bake in a glass pie dish 20 minutes at 350°, basting occasionally.
