Sherried Ambrosia Recipe

Ingredients
12 medium oranges
2 medium grapefruit, peeled, sectioned, and seeded
2 ripe pears, unpeeled and cubed
2 Red Delicious apples, unpeeled and cubed
2 cups seedless red grapes, halved
1 1/2 cups unsweetened orange juice
1/2 cup dry sherry
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup flaked coconut
Directions
Cut oranges in half crosswise.
Carefully remove sections (do not puncture bottom); remove seeds, and set aside.
Carefully remove membranes inside orange shells; set shells aside.
Combine orange sections and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine orange juice, sherry, and lemon juice; pour over fruit, and toss.
Chill.
Spoon fruit into reserved orange shells using a slotted spoon; sprinkle each with 1 tea spoon coconut.
