Sherried Slimmer Recipe
Ingredients
| Beef Bouillon- 2 cubes | ||
| Boiling water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sherry Extract- to taste | ||
| Ice Cubes- as required | ||
| Celery Sticks- 1 tablespoon, cut into juliennes | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl, place the bouillon cubes and stir in boiling water over it, until dissolved.
2) Let the mixture rest for 20 minutes.
3) Stir in the sherry extract.
4) Place the bowl in refrigerator until chilled.
5) Put the ice cubes in 2 tall glasses, to half fill the glasses.
6) Pour the mixture over ice.
SERVING
7) Serve the Sherried Slimmer chilled garnished with celery juliennes.
