Sherried Shrimp Omelette Recipe
Ingredients
| Mushrooms | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| 1 tablespoon minced green onion | ||
| Butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 1 cup small whole cooked and shelled shrimp | ||
| Flour | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Light cream | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sherry | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 three-egg omelets | ||
Directions
Simmer mushrooms and onion in butter until mushrooms are cooked.
Add shrimp.
Stir in flour.
Gradually add cream, and cook until thickened.
Blend in sherry.
Fill each omelet with 2 tablespoons of the shrimp mixture.
